💬 Start Here: You're Not Alone
We all need support sometimes — and that’s okay. Whether you’re new to care, feeling overwhelmed, or just have questions, there are people here to help. Here’s how to reach out and get started:
✅ Ways to Get Support at RYSE
- Talk to Your Caregiver: Let them know what you need — whether it’s space, a chat, or help with something personal.
- Reach Out to Your Services Manager: Ask your caregiver to help set up a meeting, or connect with them directly if you prefer.
- Join a Youth Empowerment Circle: These monthly circles are a chance to share, listen, and be part of something meaningful. You don’t have to talk if you’re not ready.
